In 2007, and before the inception of Swift Industries, a bicycle tour in the Olympic Peninsula inspired Martina and Goods to design a set of bicycle panniers. Drawing from wilderness gear designs and previous bicycle tour experience, the two designed the Short Stack Pannier. Good's functional goal was a high volume bag with plenty of external pockets for tools, snacks, and maps. The 1000 Denier Cordura lid pocket sits atop a telescoping neck made out of lightweight nylon. Martina's aesthetic vision was to create panniers that deviated from the technical look that most pannier companies had to offer. The foundation of Swift Industries rests on the Short Stack Pannier model.
Measurements: 15"hX13"wX6"d plus a 9" telescoping neck.
Capacity: 46 L a set
Features: vinyl interior lining, external zip pocket, carrying handle, rear pocket, rear reflective strip, hook and cord mounting system, 9" telescoping neck with double cinch cords, zip lid pocket (not waterproofed), internal organizer pocket & dee rings on the non-drive-side pannier
In addition to choosing your own colors, further customize your Short Stack Panniers with: Arkel Cam-Lock Mounting Hardware, classical Waxed Canvas Fabric, or a snap-hook shoulder strap.
Please select your colors and features wisely! Swift Industries charges $5.00 to process order changes after a purchase has been placed.
$300 a set
“When you travel on bike your bike becomes an extension of yourself. I have pedaled about 12,000 miles with my Swift Industries Short Stacks, Mini Short Stacks and a Trunk bag, and I feel that they are now an extension of myself, and will be for many years to come. I have pedaled these bags through the desert in the summer and through the mountains in winter, through Midwest thunderstorms and Northwest showers, I am still as happy with them as the day I received these gems in the mail.”

“My Swift Short Stacks provided ample space on my 5,000 +/- mile, 5 month long cycling trip from Alaska to Tijuana. Although they are now faded from day in and day out of sun and rain, the cheerful pink lids (picked out by me, of course) still make me smile.”

Got my Waxed Canvas Short Stack Panniers!!! When I first found your site I was blown away by how beautiful the bags were. Then I was stuck in Sticker Shock mode. I bought anyway because of the great reviews I found. Now that I have them, I can't believe I got them for so cheap! They are not only beautiful, they are crazy functional. Thank you so much for the beautiful bags! Pretty sure I'm the only one in Pensacola, Fl with these bad boys and I'll tell anyone who asks where I got them!
