Q: I want to order custom bags for the Holidays, when is the deadline?
A: We close the custom queue on November 20th, or when we have reached capacity (it could be sooner, it could be a tad after the 20th!)
We strongly advise international orders are placed by November 10th!

Q: Will the parcels arrive for Christmas?
A: We close our queue on November 20th in order to make sure we ship domestic orders by December 15th. For international orders, please purchase your bags by November 10th!

Q: Do you offer Gift Certificates?
A: Yes! We have stock amounts listed in our ReadyMade Store, but you can email us for specific Swift Certificate values. We’ll work with you to get the right amount for the gift you want to give!

Q: When is the deadline for Stock Purchases to arrive on time for Christmas?
A: Domestic orders should be placed by
December 16th East Coast and Midwest
December 18th West Coast and Seattle pick-up
International orders need to be placed by December 12th (including Canada and Mexico)
