About the Position:

Job Description:

The Quality Control Assistant/Receiving Clerk will work with both finished products and incoming materials and parts. As Quality Control Assistant, you will review Swift Industries manufactured products to assure conformance with requirements and specifications and assists the production team by processing, tagging and packaging product and finished-goods. In the Receiving Clerk role, you will handle all incoming shipments and outgoing material shipments to partner factories. Duties include picking & packing parts and materials as well as receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material. See below for a breakdown of each role. 

The Quality Control/Production Assistant reviews Swift Industries manufactured products to assure conformance with requirements and specifications and assists the production team by tagging and packaging product, and handling and processing materials and finished-goods. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual inspections of finished products.
  • Tag and pack products neatly and efficiently. 
  • Assemble basic parts and attachments for products. 
  • Identify product quality issues and document them clearly. 
  • Complete documentation needed to support finished goods processing.
  • Work independently and have good communication skills. 

 

Receiving Clerk

 

About the responsibilities : 


Receiving Clerk will handle all incoming shipments and outgoing material shipments to partner factories. Duties include picking & packing, receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material.

Receiving Responsibilities:

 

  • Receive, count and store incoming raw material shipments
  • Communicate with operations manager regarding receipt of goods, issues with shipments and process updates 
  • Pick and pack raw materials for external factory production 
  • Prepares finishing resources and raw materials for incoming factory deliveries Complete inventory counts of raw materials and finished goods on a weekly basis
  • Raw material drop offs at local factory partners

Accounting Manager

  • Works closely with the head of operations.
