Calling dynamic and ambitious administrative assistants in the Seattle area!

Swift Industries is seeking an excellent communicator, with honed time-management skills. If you love a fast-paced environment that keeps tabs on multiple balls in the air, then you might be our knight in shining armor. Whether you’re the drummer in a band or a parent, you’ve got the chops to keep pace and go with the flow. Seeking someone who loves learning, is a natural puzzle-master, and loves lifting up your co-workers. Swift Industries is changing rapidly and we are building a team that stays present, ambitious and curious as we evolve and strengthen our company, practices and policies. And….heads-up: we’re definitely a punk-rock, crunchy, and bootstrapped work environment. If you’re looking for cold-press on tap and a game room, this probably won’t be the environment for you. If you love self-made and sorta low-fi environments (not to be mistaken as not professional!), you might just thrive with us.

This position is as the CEO’s administrative assistant and involves such responsibilities as

  • Routine scheduling

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an administrative support role, or an area of expertise that demonstrates a natural overlap (no, really, we mean it when we call out parents specifically–you are heroes of managing people!) Current Business Administration students are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrate a personal investment in the bicycle and outdoor industries and the Cycling Industry Pledge. Looking for more insight on the leadership culture at Swift Industries? Our central resource is Radical Candor by Kim Scott.
