You may need to engage the cord lock on the lash cord attached to the daisy chain on the back of the bag. If the cord lock is not gripping the shock cord, compress the button end down hard until you hear a click. This means the cord lock is fully engaged and will lock onto the shock cord when static.

I love having this bag on my daily rider! Big enough for the essentials without being bulky and in the way, regardless of drop or flat bars. The shape is sleek and the set up is super easy. I don’t hesitate to move it from bike to bike - although, I’ll probably just get another one!
Really love the bag. Fits necessities and more.
I got the teal one which looks awesome.
Just the right size for a gran fondo
I’ve had this bandito for over a year and it’s proven very versatile and capable. I’ve used as a bar bag for essentials on one bicycle setup and a seat bag on another setup. Jacket, gloves, snacks, beers spare, tubes, and co2 pumps all fit. It seems just a little too small to be a main bar bag for bikecamping and may want to size up if that’s the focus but excels at daily functionality. However it could be used for that if you had a full frame bag and seatpost bag to compliment and were going minimal. Stitching and zipper holds up great. Daisy chain is also very useful. Occasionally small items do slip under the plastic roll and creates a little more searching in bag but that’s rare enough to hardly mention. I really do love this bag it will continue to be a staple in my bike gear setups.
Roomy and light. The top straps fasten well. However, the lower bungee does not as it is difficult to remove quickly. I replaced it with a rubberized cinch strap.
