The Catalyst Pack is a beautiful mid-capacity handlebar and saddle bag. A more compact option than theZeitgeist Pack, the Catalyst’s trim profile allows for more tire clearance and narrower drop bars. The fitted flap sheds the elements and boasts a small flat zipper pocket for quick access essentials like your ride wallet, chapstick and a snack. Utilize the flap’s daisy chain of webbing to thread aBungee Boosterand stash a layer. The rigid plastic insert offers structure and support for your load. This compact and rock-steady pack is a great option for shredding some gravel and makes a great edition to a lightweight bikepacking rig.
The Catalyst Pack is made in Surabaya, Indonesia and Seattle, WA out of Challenge ECOPAK 100% recycled polyester. This pack contains roughly 10 plastic bottles rescued from ocean beaches.

It’s the perfect size for what we wanted. Great in every way except the drawstring keeper inside, seems difficult, although maybe it’s just because we haven’t played with it enough.

Perfect size for daily nonsense (and adventuring!)
I bought this bag specifically to use undersaddle when bikepacking — it's the perfect size for my kitchen setup and I LOVE it for that. But I've since begun loading it onto my daily ripper on days when I might have some light errands around the City as well. The smaller size keeps me from over-buying anywhere I stop, the expandability gives me options for a little extra (layers, battery bank, etc), the bungee booster attachment gives me a quick-access point for an outerwear layer, and the whole thing is super SUPER stable on-bike, even when completely full, and with a light rain jacket on the outside. I keep a shoulder strap inside so I can carry it with me when I stop somewhere, and I also carry a small packable on-body bag inside, in case I need just that little extra space. For me, it's perfect. For others, the Zeitgeist might be the better call because of the extra space. But no matter what, Swift has nailed it. I've even found it to be a super useful addition when I take my cargo bike out, since it can hold all the little stuff that would just fly around inside a big loose rack bag. It's 100% my favorite bag at the moment, and my personal interactions with all the people at Swift have been nothing short of outstanding as well. I recommend this bag to everyone I talk to, whether they ask or not hahaha. Thank you!!!

Catalyst for Adventure
Love the smaller bag but can still get plenty of gear into its confines. Use it on the handlebars around town and pair it with its big brother Zeitgeist for longer adventures.
