The Carradice Bagman Universal Bar Rack arrives fully assembled–no out-of-the-box assembly necessary, just general installation on your bicycle.
Works well for my handlebar bag. Sometimes it starts to sag down, rotating around the handle bars, especially if I’m riding for longer on rougher road. I can usually adjust it pretty easily, but it is annoying when that happens and my bag starts to rub on my front tire.

Not a very good design. The weight of the bag does push the rack down and it just doesn’t really work. Seems other brands have better designs.
